ARMY FAMILIES FEDERATION (AFF) Ask AFF Roadshow – British Forces Brunei & British Loan Service Personnel and families at RBAF.
1. Overview. The next Ask AFF roadshow will take place in British Forces Brunei over the period 15 April – 20 April 24.
2. Ask AFF roadshows are for key engagement on common issues and those specific to the area/region. These are focused on, Service personnel, families and delivered by bespoke AFF specialists.
3. Aim. The aims of this visit are to:
a. Update HQ BFB and local Chain of Command of AFF’s future support to the Army Family.
b. Engage directly with families & serving personnel, provide specialist advice and gather evidence.
c. Strengthen links with key on island stakeholders at Unit, Station and HQ BFB Level. Also other welfare delivery organisations ( HIVE, SSAFA, AWS, Community Services etc.) to enhance our virtual support links to the wider Army Family living and working in BFB.
d. To promote AFF 23 Concept.
e. To visit families assigned on Defence Engagement – RBAF Loan Service; British Defence Staff in Bandar.
