Date: Friday 11 JULY 2025
Time: 1700-2330hrs
Place: Chit Chat Community Centre
What is Happening: A night of virtual Horse Racing fun! Not to mention Food and Drinks, as well as a Disco! Cash bar and Cash Bookies.
Who is Invited: All BFB Community Members (Military & Civilian) and Families. Children Welcome!
Cost: $10.00 per ticket (12 years old – Adult).
$5.00 (5-12 years old).
$Free (under 5’s).
All tickets include a free drink upon entry.
Additional Option - $50.00 for a table (including a free beer tower) – first come, first serve – high demand!
Food & Drink: Curry and Children’s food provided. Welcome drink included in ticket price, thereafter a cash only bar.
Tickets: Tickets will be first come, first serve - with a maximum capacity for 250 for the event. Tickets should be collected and paid for prior from either GST RAO Det (Medicina Lines) or RGR RAO Det (Tuker Lines). However, upon request can be collected at the door on the night. Anyone submitting an application and then failing to attend will be billed.
Dress: Males - Planters, Females - Cocktail/Smart
Transport: Transport/Shuttle will be provided from outlying areas (X1, X2, W3 and Medicina Lines), alternatively attendees may drive and park around the CCCC. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK & DRIVE!
