Our transition programme starts in March & September and will provide all the training and support you need to work towards becoming a qualified Assistant Site Manager in approximately 12 months.
From day one, you’ll work on-site and through your programme to gain all the technical skills and industry knowledge you need to help run a site. You’ll learn your trade on-site, working through a range of development modules that cover everything from foundations to customer demonstrations. This will be complemented by group and online learning where you’ll understand best practice and master the regulation and construction knowledge you’ll need to build a long-lasting successful career in the industry.
