As part of this financial year’s painting programme, the DIO(B) contractor will commence work at J16 Flat A starting Wednesday, 13 August 2025, for a duration of approximately 5 – 6 weeks.
Please inform the occupant of the following important points:
- Curtains must remain closed at all times while contractors are working outside the flat to maintain privacy and safety.
- The veranda is included in the scope of the painting works. Contractors will access it externally using a cherry picker lift.
- Work will be carried out during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 0800 – 1700
- Saturday: 0800 – 1700
