Mon- Fri : 0700 - 2300 hrs
Sat & Sun (weekend): 1000 – 2300 hrs
All gym users must be gym inducted
Gym Induction Timing : 0900 -1100 hrs
Spouses Circuit Class: Mon & Thu @ 0800 hrs
