For those experiencing difficulties seeing their vaccination status on the BruHealth App, please follow the steps below: 

Checklist for tick doses:

1. Authenticated 

2. Entered BruHIMS BN number

3. If all of the above is done, send a screenshot of the error and bruhealth page for reporting via email to: bruhealth.support@moh.gov.bn
