The Armed Forces Covenant has helped with recognition of the importance of access to training for families. In recent years, some excellent initiatives have been launched to provide training and development opportunities. There are also a number of training providers keen to offer their services to military spouses at a discounted rate. However, the Warwick Research Report released in June 2018 found that 54% of all spouses/partners who were surveyed were unaware of support for them to find work.
