The SMO and the PCMF team would like to thank you for your feedback.

Patient feedback is a valued aspect of health care. It helps us to improve the quality of care, identifies gaps in care and aids us to improve where we are not providing the best of services.

It allows us to see trends of good and bad practice and then try to improve or address some of the issues that you the customer have raised about the service we are providing to the community.
