Army Speak Out Campaign

Everyone has the right to be treated fairly and with respect. If you feel that you are not being dealt with fairly, are being bullied or harassed or if you notice unfair treatment of others speak to your Chain of Command or your Diversity and Inclusion Adviser.

If you do not have access to your Chain of Command or would prefer external support to help you respond to or deal with any issues, speak to the Army’s Speak Out Team (0830-1700 Mon-Fri) on 0306 7704656 (Civ) or 96770 4656 (mil) or email Army-SpeakOut@mod.gov.uk.

Your call will be dealt with in confidence and no details will be passed back to your Chain of Command without your authorisation.

The Speak Out staff can also provide advice and support if you are experiencing domestic abuse / domestic violence or if you would like to report someone else that you believe is being committing or experiencing domestic abuse / domestic violence.
