Brunei: RMP - a reminder to wear a helmet whilst cycling

There have been several incidences reported and observed by the RMP of Service Personnel, LECs, dependants and minors cycling without helmets. Just to reiterate that as well as the obvious danger inherent in cycling without a helmet, this is also a breach of Bruneian Law, which could result in a prosecution and a fine from the Royal Brunei Police Force.
